I have an OEM Navigation head unit in my 07 denali, but no RSE, so the nav does not have the DVD playing capability. My question is this: if you install a lockpick to enable the ability to hook up video, will it play on this headunit? Or do you have to have the DVD head unit to play video? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If your Nav unit doesn't have the DVD symbol on it, I don't think the lockpick w/ make it play video.

no it will not
i had the similar issue with you
if you looking in the classified ad area i am selling the setup i had in order to play dvds while in motion
the only company that makes a product is nav2gotv
pretty pricey
might be better off just switching the headunit to a dvd playing one
