I paid the speakership 160 for diagnostic. They want 3k to fix. 2005 Hoe. They say I need an ABS module and valve.

Anyone have a source. I think rockauto has it but these clowns aren’t even coughing up part numbers.

Sounds like you have a problem with the speed sensor.

Yes, I agree that it sounds like a speed sensor. Lift the front and check for play in the front hub bearings. If enough play, it can damage the speed sensor. Check all wiring leading to the sensors and check all wiring at the rear. This is something that is a common occurrence when the bearings are too loose.

Just in case: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=9314280&cc=1431156&pt=1844&jsn=938

If one of your RPO codes is JL4, then this module will not work. That means you have Active Traction Control. Then you need this instead: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=10114920&cc=1431156&pt=1844&jsn=940

Valve without JL4: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1416050&cc=1431156&pt=679&jsn=944

With JL4: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1416728&cc=1431156&pt=679&jsn=945

You did not say WHY they say these parts are needed. You always always always want complete documentation when dealing with ANY shop.
