I have the app on my phone, complete with the online "fob." It all works just fine.
We're trying to get the same functionality on my wife's phone. We've got the app in place but none of the remote functions, such a "fob," mileage remaining, etc, are showing up.
We've entered the VIN as part of the app installation.
Any ideas where we might have missed a step?
