O2 Sensor Bank 2 Keeps Failing

My service engine light told me that my 02 sensor was bad in the bank 2 driver's side. I replaced all of them at the same time. Drove it for a few weeks and then the light came on again saying the very same sensor was bad. Changed it out and AGAIN the light has come on telling us the same thing. What could cause the sensor to keep failing? Thanks for you help.

mine did the same thing, p0420 system catalyst threshold. resolved my issue with a custom tune so I have no rear o2 sensors.

What Is A Custom Tune? And How Did That Eliminate The Rear O2 Sensors? Im Glad To Hear That Someone Else Has Had This Problem. Thanks So Much.

allows the computer to be tuned so it doesn't recognize the signal from the sensors. do a search on here, lots of good info has been posted.
