'07 Tahoe LT horn problem

Just bought a super clean and great running truck but noticed later on that the horns do not work. Neither key fob nor steering button works so I checked fuse... which was blown. New fuse installed but still no horns. I have not been able to find any information on where in the world the horn relay is and where the horns are located to test them. Even the mighty power of Google hasn't been one bit of help! Hopefully someone has been down this road already and can help me out.

I also noticed the cruise control and remote start does not work either. Are they related or connected in a module somewhere?

Hi, I'm looking for the horn relay too. Did you ever find it? My horn is going off steady on our 07 Tahoe, started one night when we hadn't been in it for a few hours. I think its a stuck relay but I can't find it.
