ABS light always on?

Ever since I got my motor and tranny rebuilt my ABS light has been on.. it just snowed the other day and im pretty sure its not even working..
Any ideas??

my 95 has 3 sensors, one for each front wheel and one on rear diff. had the same issue after doing some engine work. turned out I just knocked some wires lose from crawling in and out from under the hood. check for loose wires. also for cut or pinched wires. espically in the engine bay area.
