Do you think these h1s can fit into the foglight housing 07 hoe??

No they won't kit!
But since HID kits all have the double high voltage connectors you could try ordering just a new bulb and you might be alright since some bulbs have same or ver similar bases!

FINALLY FOUND MY CAMERA!!!!!!!!! THE H1'S WORKED! THANK YOU MY TAHOEFORUM FAMILY!!!!! I WAS SOOO LOST...COULDNT HAVE DON IT W/O YALL. (MY CAMERA IS KINDA CHEAP SOO..BARE WITH ME LOL)
