seat heaters

what can you guys tell me about the seat heaters on an 04 tahoe, my driver side bottom heater went out but the upper heater on my back still works. is this a problem that goes around and what can i do to fix it cause my ace is cold.

Sounds like the heating element is bad. It can be replaced, but I'm not sure of a part number. If I come across it, I will let you know.

Here's a part number: 88940288
To replace it, you should be able to just start removing the plastic trim pieces, peel back the seat cover, disconnect the harness, and remove the heater pad.
