I never said the bumpstops helped towing capacity. I'm sayin the old shocks seemed like they were because no matter how big a bump i'd hit, the axle wouldn't hit the bumpstop...

so, my hoe is dropped 2"/3", but the shocks were factory... well, to soften up the ride cause it felt like shocks were bottoming out in the rear, i replaced rear shocks with belltech's nitro drop 2" shock.... well, it lowered my rear end down and DID make it sit TRUELLY level, however, on big...

Yup, do a search. it's a little orange wire that popped behind the steering column. just pop it off and splice then with some longer wire... you'll be set

so i posted up here a while back about some sort of squeak, and, BAM (doin it Emeril style), I found where it's coming from! It's the control arm bushing on the right, upper where it connects to the hub. The part is only about $8, but how difficult would this be to replace??

So, i backed into a friend's truck, nothing too bad, but there is one dent and i was wondering what the best way to try and fix ALL of this is, including the paint streaks ( i think they could just buff out...) Preciate it

Say i request that, saying you gotta "lube the chassis", are they held to that?

Now, at a "Lube, oil, filter", are they supposed to grease all of these?

Ok, i greased the tie rod end zerc fittings and... NO LUCK, she still squeaks... any tricks as to how i can get to the control arm zerc fittings? o, and i used regular black lithium grease, is that bad??

Haha! This is, well, VERY true! Problem is, she's about 4 hrs south cause i'm at school... But, all in all, good point

I've got one, somewhere up front, but i can't pinpoint it... not the shocks, cause i just replaced them... i sprayed wd40 on the upper control arm mount bushings and on the sway bar mount bushings and the damned thing's still doin it... Any ideas???

Clean the MAF too! I had the same problem and cleaning the sensor fixed it
