Issues on Front Fascia Paint Concerns??

Any one deal with issues of paint concerns on their front fascia or rear bumper? Service bulletins TSB 07-08-62-004a deals with the concern.

Just want to know if anyone got GM to do something about it.

Paint is starting to fade on my front and rear bumpers, which I keep well mantained.

Does it look like a chemical was spilled on the area giving it a blueish color? If so, I have the same problem. I purchased it used from dealer with the problem (got a heafty discount because of it), so it may very well be chemicals that were spilled on it by the last owner. To answer your question though...no, I have not gotten GM to do anything. Please let me know what an outcome may be.
