Volant powercore CAI

Hey all, real quick post....I have had the Volant powercore CAI for about a year and a half. Do I need to replace/clean this filter. I have noticed a drop in my mileage even with a Blackbear mileage tune and have not changed my driving habits. Thoughts?

oh, one more thing, i drive on roads that are somewhat dusty. I have looked at the filter recently and it doesn't appear to be dirty. Though I haven't washed it out with water or anything. TIA!
