I've also got after market replacements at the local Advanced Autoparts store. They had replacements just like the OEM blades and also the "old" style blades as well.

I'm pretty sure with the new nav disc we just got a month or so ago, we now have the option to go to full screen and shut off the split screen. Most of the time I found it useful but it was frustrating not to have control of it in the past. I'll try to get the part # for the nav disc but it is...
We have the Atlantis 1800 (it may be the 2100 but I don't think so) that we've used on our 07 Tahoe and now on the 07 'Burb. It's been on many trips to Atlanta, North Carolina and the DC area. We've put luggage, strollers, etc in it and everything's been fine. Works great and we've had no...
I agree. All of my favorite stations "changed" to their Sirius counterparts. Lost Lucy, Ethel and Fred and others as well. The Sirius stations don't seem to play as good of music as the XM stations did. I'm going to give it a few months and if it doesn't improve I'll be cancelling as well.
We've got the same problem. Front passenger door handle has been like this for a while and the front driver door handle just came loose last week. We've got an appointment next week to get them fixed.
It may be the fuel pump priming or the air suspension, when do you hear this noise? We had our power boards turned off for a while and I didn't notice any noises.
Tom
Can't speak to the Chevy but I can tell you that I swapped the Sirius unit that came on my VW with an XM unit (actually came from my previous car) and the service guy said he would note that the XM module didn't come w/the car and it wouldn't be covered under warranty. We'll see if they...
Most pumps are set to shut off automatically at $75. There was a thread here or at another forum I frequent. Most of us never realized this maximum when gas was cheaper, now a lot of us are hitting the max depending on how long you go between filling your tank. This is a gas station issue...
You're exactly right. I thought the OP was trying not to have each key tied to the memory setting. The seats will obviously be at the setting of the last driver and if it's a different driver, then you must hit your number on the door.
Tom
As an earlier post said check the "easy exit" option in the DIC. If it's set to on or auto, it will move your seat back upon exit. Also your key fobs don't have to be set to the memory positions. My wife and I each have a memory setting and use the same key, I have not set up the fobs to tie...
In the past you could get the nav w/out the rear seat entertainment (RSE). As you've found out the only way to build one on the website now is w/the package that inclueds the nav and the RSE. You could look for a used one that has the nav and sunroof only or pickup a nav unit from a junkyard...
In regards to the flex-fuel, we had an early 2007 Tahoe (took delivery in March 2007) and it didn't have the badging or a yellow gas cap, it had a regular black gas cap. So if it's an early 2007 you may not have any of these but it still may be flex fuel.
By your sig it looks like you've gone with the Yukon. A tidbit on the nav if you didn't know is that with the 07, you get 2 nav disc updates free on or around your 1st and 2nd purchase date anniversary. GM did away with the free updates on the 2008. I think the website is gmnavdisc.com where...
I plan on picking one up before we hit 12k miles on our Suburban. I plan on getting the GM warranty (GM Protection Plan) from this place:
http://www.gmoutlet.com/gmpp.htm
unless my local dealer will match or beat the price. Definitely need to see who the company is that is ultimately...
We've got a Thule cargo box mounted on the factory cross bars that we use for trips. It's been up to Atlanta and Maryland many times, works great. Thule also has open cargo racks if you'd rather have that. Also seen Yakima products that people use and like.
Tom
Just the side of the door that you open folds down (driver side door, only driver side running board comes down). There is an override switch on the dash that will disable the running boards, we've never used it so I assume that it works.
Tom
You can find replacements at your local auto parts store (I've seen them at Advanced Auto Parts). They have the same blade (Bosch Icon I think) and they also have a old style blade that will fit as well.
